Description of the theft
At around 8:15am on 03/10/2016, I locked my bike to a bike rack inside the bart station before getting onto bart. I tied the wheels together with a cable and secured that together with the seat tube onto the rack with a u-lock. When I returned to station at around 6:20pm that day, the bike was missing. The U-locked was still secured to the rack with part of the cable attached. The cable has been cut, and the bike might have been dissembled in order to be taken out of the U-lock.
