Description of the theft
Bicycle was chain locked in the apartment building, within the bicycle rack area, on May 5th at 6:40pm. When I returned home at 10:00pm the lock was broken and bicycle was gone. Building entrance is locked by a gate, and there is no way to buzz a person in. Thief was either let in on accident by an incoming resident or was a guest of a resident, that was exiting the building.
