Description of the theft
Came out from grocery shopping, maybe 40 minutes, saw a guy next to my bike, a few seconds later I saw my bike move and started to chase after him, got with in a few feet yelling that he had stole my bike. Maybe it several blocks chasing him yelling at bystanders to stop him. No luck. First hill he got to he broke away. Police where called but couldn't find him.
