Description of the theft
Bike was locked to side of duplex with loop lock. Thieves clipped lock and took bike. It's light metallic blue. Covered in over twenty rock band stickers everywhere. Seat is wrapped in white duct tape. Steering column and seat post are rusty. Otherwise in good shape. New nickel plated chain. New Shimano gears. New left grip shift. Red rear reflector attached to left side of rear wheel hub.
