Description of the theft
Two men were caught on CCTV outside west entrance of Enterprise Square arriving together on a bike, the bike thief was average height blond hair, white male, aged early 30's about 160 lbs was carrying a bag with bolt cutter arrived cut lock and held cut piece in hand. Rode down street and turned east on Jasper ave.
