Description of the theft
Between 6:30pm September 26, 2024 and 8:00am September 27,2024 at the Kendrick Apartments in Saint Paul, Minnesota our E-bikes that were in a locked garage, in a locked bike cage and chained to the cage with heavy duty bike locks were stolen. The garage has restricted access for residents and the bike cage within the garage is even more restricted. The management office has information about the people with keys. It does not appear that any other bikes were taken.
