Description of the theft
Locked in front of Ridgeline Montessori, West Amazon in SE Eugene with lots of others. Thief rode up on a bike from the South. Thirtyish, Caucasian, face tattoos, approx 5'6", dark, bomber style jacket, baggy pants, shaved or short cropped hair and dark colored beanie cap. Rode away with my son's bike then came back later in the day for the one he left.
