Description of the theft
The incident happened on August 13 around 4pm PT. After my girlfriend and I biked to the beach, I locked my bikes on a metal bike rack the boardwalk around 2pm. When I came back to my bikes after about 2 hours hours at the beach, both bikes were stolen. I asked some of the people near the bike racks if they saw anything, but nobody said they saw anything.
