Description of the theft
My husband and I pulled into our assigned parking space in the secure
garage underneath our apartment complex at around 12:00 a.m., and
nothing appeared unusual: our assigned storage area in front of our
parking space was locked as usual. When we arrived to the same spot
at around 7:30 a.m., the door to the storage area was ajar, with no lock
on it, and we could see that my husband's bike was not inside as usual.
We noticed a few other things missing from the storage area, and we found the lock, which had been cut, on the back bumper of our
neighbor's truck. Our small green FIAT 500 Pop was in the parking space in the intervening time and did not appear damaged in any way.
