Description of the theft
The thief piggybacked behind someone into my apartment complex, taped the front door lock. He then returned later that evening around 3am, entered the building and then used tools to break into the bike storage area. He then cut through my cable lock. He was caught on camera, but wore a hat so his face is obscured.
