Bicycle detail

I was washing my bike (hidden from street view behind an SUV in the driveway). Bike was leaning up against garage -hose and bucket were out next to it. Ran into garage to get supplies for 2 mins (was watching from window the whole time) and saw the fella run across the neighbors lawn and snatch it. Tried to chase him but he was fast. Must have been watching me. Normal, everyday looking fella. 6’-6’2” dark hair, dressed in all black with a cap on. Never would have suspected this guy. Found the bike he was on (another stolen bike as it was way too small for him) in the ditch at the corner of Nevada and Texas Street.
