Description of the theft
The E-Bike was stolen outside of Wendys when my daughter went inside to buy food. She didn't lock her bike up. The E-Bike is black with a brown seat and brown handgrips. There is a black metal.basket attached to the rear of the bike with 2 bungie cords and her black skateboarder type helmet. She also had a phone holder on her handlebar.
