Description of the theft
Locked bike to a staple frame on a busy sidewalk next to a bus station. Returned three hours later, still in daylight, and bike was gone with the bottom piece of the U-lock lying in the street 5-10 feet away. I tested my key in the lock and it was in the lock position. No visible damage to either the lock or the staple frame. Both wheels had locking skewers.
