Description of the theft
Occurred on 2/3/16 between the hours of 1435 and 1830. At 1830, I was walking thru bike bay to get to my car and noticed my bike lock was cut and several feet away from where I locked my bike up at earlier that day, at 1435. I took a picture and notified my landlord. The building is going through a lot of renovations and there has been a lot of traffic in and out. Of note, the security cameras were off due to renovations.
