Description of the theft
Some A$$ Hat broke into the apt. complex garage and cut the lock off my bike with bolt cutters. The lock and chain was running through a U-Lock that is locked around the frame. The manager has video and said these things usually happen between 3 and 4am. I discovered the bike was missing during the following day around 12:30pm. The chain and cut bolt were left were the bike was locked. A few parking spaces down the perpetrator had left the bike they rode in on leaned up against someone's car.
