Bicycle detail

I went into our key fob controlled garage to our key fob controlled bike storage room and found my bike missing and my cable lock cut on the ground. The last time I saw it was August 17th, so unfortunately there was over a month of margin for the theft to occur. My apartment building's cameras reflect nothing unusual in the past two weeks (the longest they store footage), so it must have been taken sometime between August 17th and September 19th.
