Bicycle detail

My blue hybrid kent bicycle was locked to a tree on the sidewalk yesterday but the cable lock was cut and the bike was stolen. I had taken off the seat before parking it, and the rear derailleur is broken. I covered the bike last night to protect it from the rain, but it was gone when I checked in the morning. The cover and the cut cable lock were left at the scene.
