8/28/24 - 6'-6'4", 20-30 yo White Male with brown hair, white shirt, black pants, and black backpack, took off on bike. I tried to chase after him.
10/29/24 update - Spotted in Sellwood on Tacoma Avenue heading east towards 99 overpass. Once at overpass, they ducked below onto the Springwater Corridor. Short White Male 5'4"-5'7", ~40 yo, tan rain jacket, red backpack. All accessories gone except for aftermarket wittkop saddle with red/white lettering.
