Bicycle detail

I allowed my friend to ride my bike and as he was riding the bike he was randomly pulled over by a cop and detained because the cop wanted to run the serial numbers on the bike without having any probable cause to do so. The cop ran the numbers and claimed the bike had been reported stolen. My friend told him that I let him use the bike and the cop had him call me. I answered the call and confirmed letting him borrow the bike. The cop then started asking me things like where I had gotten the bike, how much I paid for it, how much it was worth, my name and my DOB. After answering his questions he then told me the bike had been reported stolen and that he was confiscating it. I bought the bike legitimately and transferred the ownership to me using this very website. The bike is mine and that police officer stole it from me.
