Description of the theft
A hooded/masked woman broke into my apartment complex in Adams Point/Grand Lake neighborhood and managed to get down into the basement parking area where the bikes are stored. She used welding tools to melt down the U-lock on my bike - she took my bike and two others that were locked up/hanging on the racking.
