Description of the theft

I parked the bike right at the entrance of the shop, stepped inside the shop and realized I forgot to lock my bike and got out of the shop to lock it and it was already gone. I turned away from the bike for only 20 seconds and it was gone. Then when I came out there was this guy telling me that he saw someone taking my bike and he pointed me the direction, which I followed but did not found anyone. So probably this guy took it or his companion and as I was very worried so I just followed his lead. When I got back from trying to find my bike, this guy was not there anymore
