Bicycle detail

My girlfriend and I stopped at the Town Crier pub (located at 115 John street Toronto) for a drink at around 9:30pm on Saturday July 23, 2016. I locked the bike to a city bike ring in front of 127 John street, just two doors down from the town crier. I used a cable lock to lock the bike. I checked on the bike at around 9:40pm and it was still there locked up. When we left the pub at 10:00pm, the bike was gone and my lock was left behind and had been cut. We walked around the surrounding neighbourhoods after for about an hour with no luck in finding it.
