Description of the theft
Origin 8 Crawler Fat Bike with Nu-Vinci CV hub.
Greyish paint (similar to stock photo).
Stolen late at night 4/13/2023. Lock cable was cut.
Was locked to bike rack on corner of Ohio Ave. and Atwood Ave. (East Side Madison, WI). Components added on bike:
Spd pedals,
Vee Speedster Tires,
Butterfly Handlebars,
Back bike rack with channel for MTX bag and pannier bag rails.
Front and rear bike lights were mounted on the bike.
Giro bike helmet was clipped to handlebars as well.
It's possible thief thought it was an e-bike and likely dumped it nearby when they realized it was hard to ride.
