Description of the theft
Was taken off of my bike rack after a Mckenzie river ride, stopped for pizza at Ike's on the way back to Eugene and bike was taken off the rack. Surveillance showed it being a white male in a black baseball cap and tee. He walked up and rode off so assuming he lives in that area. Bike has clear protective tape on the frame, only identifier
