Description of the theft
I locked the bike at 4.10 - and went into a store on Franklin - hearing a strange noise, i went outside at 4.15 and the bike was gone with parts of the lock on the ground. i suspect due to the timing - that someone upstairs in the building was watching for someone leaving a bike.
