Description of the theft
The bike was stolen while I was at HH, between 6.15 and 8.30.
The valet who was 10 feet away when it happened (without realizing it was happening), described the individual as a tall african american man wearing a baseball cap.
There were remenents of the broken look, the thief broke/bashed the head of the lock and left pieces of the dials on the ground.
