Bicycle detail

On the evening of Tuesday, October 11, I attended a workshop in the Sierra Club building on 2101 Webster Street. I parked my bicycle outside on Webster Street, on the same side as the building. The bike was parked and locked on a parking meter approximately several steps toward 21st Street. I was inside the building from 6:45 pm until 9:00 pm. When I walked outside the building around 9:10 pm, I discovered my bicycle was gone. I found my U lock and bike cable thrown on the street. The U bike lock was forced open and bent, so proof these U locks are not theft proof. Also had a front bike light and rear bike light. Bike helmet, blue and black also stolen. And had an small orange horn on the left handle bar. Below the seat, there is a sticker that reads "5'7-5'10.
