Description of the theft
Bike was locked up to a U-Rail at Claisebrook Cove outside the Royal Bar on the waterfront. I was at the bar from approximately 9:30pm to 12:00am. When I returned to the location the bike had been locked, it was gone along with the lock and no evidence of how the lock was defeated.
