Description of the theft
The bike was locked to a sign outside my house. It had my red and white target shaped helmet on it and was all connected with a cable lock. The bike has a red light attached under the bar and white extensions to the handles. If everything else is removed then the light on the front handlebar will still be there. It is a fortified light that uses a proprietary allan wrench to take on and off.
