Description of the theft
At approximately 3:00pm on Friday, July 28, 2023, I locked my bike at the red bike racks outside the entrance of the Target at Westfield Oakridge Mall. At approximately 8:30pm, I exited the mall and found the bike missing and bike lock cut and on the ground. Target and mall security said they had no footage of the area the crime took place.
