Description of the theft
On 10/22 at 9am, I locked my bicycle at the Galleria's official bike rack near the entrance from the parking garage to the new Orange Theory Gym. I locked the bike with my ABUS lock which went through the structure of the bike rack, through my
bike's rear wheel and frame and through the front wheel. The rear wheel was attached to the bike rack with the lock. When I returned at 5pm, both the bike and the lock were gone.
