I locked my bike on a bike rack outside the entrance of the First Baptist Church in downtown Portland, on the corner of SW 12th and SW Taylor. It was October 29, 2016 at 7:30 PM. I then went in to a concert. When I came out at 9:30 pm, the bike was gone.
