Description of the theft
We took a family bike ride to REI with the 2 kids. Parked to the right of the main entrance near the Starbucks. My husband stayed outside to keep an eye on the bikes since we forgot the locks at home. I went inside Starbucks to order lunch for the kids. I called him over for a moment to get his order. We chased our toddler around for a bit. Grabbed a water bottle out of the burley attached to my husband’s bike and saw both bikes there. Went to give my daughter her water bottle and when we turned around to see, the bike was no longer there.
