Description of the theft
I locked my bike to a pole on Folsom, a U-lock was around the rear wheel and frame, cable around front wheel, frame, u-lock and pole, the cable was cut and the bike was stolen. I was sitting in the nearby Elite Coffee Bar cafe and could see the bike by reflection but a car obscured my view and I did not see the incident.
