Bicycle detail

I went to the grocery store. Bicycle was parked at the specific spot assigned for Bicycle. I was in the store about 10- 15 min. When I came to the Bicycle parking - no bike, only broken u-lock on the ground. Description of the persons who stole a bike: Man apx. 25-28 y.o (hispanic) height about 5'-8" his name Kyle. Woman apx 25-28 y.o. (white), red hair, height about 5'-6" Her Name is Jasmin. They have a dog (white/brown) Huskey. probably they living in the car or in tent (random locations, between Sepulveda and Balboa along the Roscoe, Saticoy or Parthenia st.)
