Description of the theft
It was stolen by two white men around 7:15 PM. They removed a front tire from a different bicycle and attached it to my bike. They left my front tire and U-lock. They were in and out within 45 seconds. One had shoulder-length long brown/black hair, mustache, and was wearing a red t-shirt with a #12 on the back.
