Description of the theft
My bike was locked in my apartment's outdoor bike rack in the building's secured parking lot, out of sight of the street. I use a strong chain lock to secure the front wheel and frame, but the thieves must have had time to work around that because both the lock and front wheel were left behind. It could have been stolen any time between 5/2 and 5/5, but likely the night of 5/4. The apartment complex does not have video cameras covering that area to confirm.
