Description of the theft
Bike was on front of TriMet bus. At an intersection a young woman ran up the the bus, grabbed the bike and rode away. She was described as "scruffy" and a bit dirty, wearing a purple top and having short blond-ish hair. The driver notified my friend who had borrowed the bike that someone took it, but by the time she got off the bus the thief was gone.
