Description of the theft
I locked the bike to one of the bike "U" stands in front of Whole Foods on Arroryo Parkway. Was in the store for about and
hour. When I left the store I found the lock cable to my bike cut in half on the ground and the bike gone. There was a guy
there (looked transient) walking a bike on the sidewalk. I asked him if he saw who took my bike. He stated he didn't but he
had my bike helmet and returned it to me. The guy was not very conversational.
