Description of the theft
Bike was locked up on a public sidewalk post outside Rack Attack on the corner of SW 18th and SW Morrison (caddy corner from JELD-WEN Field). Bike was locked up as I was watching the Timbers/Sounders match. Locked the bike up to go in the stadium for the Timbers Army tifo setup at 9:45. Came out after the match and noticed it was gone around 3pm.
