Description of the theft
Stolen from my backyard early morning June 22. Schwinn Network 3.0 Uptown on Chestnut and Soniat. Scratches on pedals and breaks from a fall. Chain is pretty rusty. Back red light that flashes and no front reflector/light. Sorry I don't have a photo but this is a stock photo. My neighbor has a camera that points to my yard that would have captured the thief but the community who monitors the camera has not answered any emails.
