Description of the theft
Left my bike locked with U-lock and cable in front of venue along the Embarcadero (Delancey Street Screening Room) before sundown. Returned two hours later and bike was gone. A portion of the U-lock remained and it had been cut. A friend might have seen the suspect riding away with the bike. Said he looked blonde and "normal."
