Description of the theft
The U-Lock had the front tire of the bike locked to the bike rack. evidently the entire frame and the rear tire was stolen. The cable that came with the lock wasn't locked up to the U lock, it was located under the seat. All that was left was the front tire locked up to the bike rack. The bike had additional accessories: rear bike bracket, also a memory foam pad for the seat.
