It was stolen from in front of the Pacwest Center, downtown on 5th and Jefferson. The last I saw the thief was at Llyod Center on the Red Max Line. He is a tall skinny caucasian male, in his 20s, had a large black jacket and black backpack. Light brown hair on his face, and a black beanie. Reward: $100
