Description of the theft
The bike was locked in front of the concierge of the building when early in the morning the thief came and distracted the concierge stating there was a suspicious guy outside, as the concierge went out to investigate, the thief went around the other side of the building, pick the Kryptonite heavy duty lock and stole the Electra Towny 8i bike all caught in the video.
