Description of the theft
Bikes were on a rack on the back of my car. Car was parked in the lot behind the address. The bikes were locked to each other and there was an additional lock attaching them to the bike rack. Both locks were cut, both bikes were stolen. Reporting the other bike in a separate ticket.
