Lock is around the seat of the bike, bike was not locked. Bike was taken from the bike rack in front of Olde Bay Cafe at the Dunedin Marina around 1pm on Sunday, July 2, 2017. The bike was next to a teal Raleigh beach cruiser, but the beach cruiser was not taken.
