Description of the theft
I left my bike locked to my Thule Pro Hitch Rack on P1 of my sisters condo. Bike was cut off the hitch mount Between 5pm and 8pm. The bike was out of view of the cameras sensors and did not record the event. However, 22 division did she us the footage and we saw a suspicious individual looking at my sister bike closer to the cameras holding something in hand. White male seemed to have longer hair possibly tied up.
