Description of the theft
You can't miss this bike if you see it, bright alternating red/white reflective tape, looks like a candy cane or a barber pole. Stolen off my front porch 5 minutes after I went inside, literally while I was standing no more than 5 ft from it, thief left a broke bike 10 ft away that they must have arrived on.
