Description of the theft
My bike was stolen between 12:30 and 3:30pm on July 1st outside the Commonwealth at 29th and Telegraph. I had locked the front wheel and frame to a bike rack and looped a cable through the back wheel to the lock. The cable lock was cut, the U-lock was fine.
